3S Consulting Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Cambodia and registered with the Ministry of Commerce as a private limited company under registration number MoC-00051459 dated 24 February 2020. The company got the Certificate of Tax Registration from the General Department of Taxation (GDT)​ with VAT TIN K006-902001594 on 12 March 2020 and got an approved license from the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR) on 29 July 2021.

The principal activities of the company are providing professional services, including accounting, advisory, tax, and auditing, to businesses.

Our Partner

Sotheary is currently the partner of 3S CONSULTING CO., LTD. She has more than 20 years of experience as a professional external auditor at one of the Big 4 firms and as the financial manager of the biggest MFI in Cambodia. During the course of work, she has covered business strategic plans, financial analysis, funding & treasury management, and operations in various industries, including the banking sector, electricity distributors, real estate, construction, retail distributors, factories, airlines, logistics, restaurants, food & beverage, NGOs, football clubs, etc. She has also been the consultant of MFIs and various companies. She has joined numerous training courses in both technical and soft skills and contributed her knowledge and experiences through being a speaker, moderator, and MC and joining associations, workshops, and public speaking. She finished a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting and English literature. Presently, Sotheary is a member of ACCA, a CPA with the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA), and a member of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCC).

Ms. NOP SREY

Manager of 3S Consulting

Ms. Srey is currently the manager of 3S CONSULTING CO., LTD. She has more than 10 years of experience as a professional accountant and consultant that covers many industries, including electricity distributors, trading, real estate, construction, schools, retail distributors, logistics, restaurants, food & beverage, NGOs, football clubs, etc. She has joined numerous training courses in both technical and soft skills. She finished a bachelor’s degree in business administration specialized in finance and banking at Royal University of Law and Economics Science (RULES) in 2016. She also finished the training course of CFRS for NFPEs at CamEd, the course of CIFRS for SMEs at ACAR, and many other training courses. She presently is pursuing her English and accounting skills through modern programs.
